Doug Diers operates camps and clinics throughout the state and is fast becoming one of the premier shooting clinicians in Iowa. He has made an impact in the lives of over 5000 kids in the first 6 years of Shoot-It.

 

Doug not only helps them with basketball, but has an emotional connection with kids. He genuinely wants to see them succeed in sports and life. He coaches, referees, gives motivational talks, and raises 3 children with his wife.

Doug credits his faith in Jesus Christ for his success.

 

Brandon Caldwell

Brandon assists in operating Shoot-It basketball camps and clinics around Iowa. Brandon played basketball for Pella High School and was a four year varsity basketball player and a three year starter. He then played one year of college basketball at Iowa Central Community College and one year at Central College. Brandon is a faith based man and knows that all things are possible through Christ. Brandon is married to his wife Allison and currently lives in Pella Iowa.
